Business coaches
Business coaches main focus is the health and growth of the business. The business is run by leaders and the benefits of business success feeds back to the owners so there are many personal benefits of a business coach to the individual. However, the Coachtopia program is specifically designed to work with coaches who optimise business performance, not personal performance.
